"Awesome software paired with top-notch support"
I've been a fan of Articulate products since 2012, and I've been using Articulate 360 for a good few years now, and it never lets me down. Awesome software paired with top-notch support and frequent updates. Absolutely love it!

"Top-Notch eLearning Development Tool"
We rely on Articulate 360 every day and think it’s a fantastic resource for creating eLearning courses.

Having used this software extensively for over seven years, across various versions, we’ve discovered that it allows us to create nearly everything we could possibly need in an eLearning setting. Most organizations that reach out to us for course development already prefer Articulate 360, which really highlights its status as a go-to choice in the industry.

The community around Articulate and its offerings is truly exceptional. The folks on the eLearning Heroes forums are super friendly and always ready to lend a hand with advice and solutions, which is a real lifesaver when you’re facing challenges. Hats off to Articulate for fostering such a supportive environment.

I’m excited to see how Articulate 360 will keep progressing.

"My go-to software for elearning development"
This software has become my go-to for all my needs in elearning development. I've been on board since it first launched, which feels like ages ago.

The company keeps on enhancing and expanding the tools available in this package.

I mainly work with Storyline 360, and I appreciate how it's powerful enough for me to bring any idea to life, yet it's not so complicated that a newbie can't jump in and whip up a course. For those quick projects that need to be done fast, I've been leaning on Rise, and it's getting better with each update.

"Terrible Experience"
What a nightmare! It's slow, awkward, full of bugs, and just plain confusing. Seriously, can we all agree to ditch this awful software? I’m tired of being pressured to create courses with it.

"Disappointing despite its potential"
The coding is shoddy, optimization is lacking, and it feels like a blatant copy of a Microsoft product, but with way more bugs. Saving files can take over a minute, and sometimes it drags on even longer. This is on a high-end video editing rig, mind you. I've honestly never encountered software with save times like this. In today's world, having software that performs this poorly is just not acceptable, especially given the price they’re asking. I’d suggest looking for alternatives. Don’t throw your cash away. They really need a bigger team to tackle the bugs and the sluggishness of this program.

"Overpriced and full of glitches"
Historically, this software has left loyal users high and dry by moving to a subscription model without offering a budget-friendly upgrade from earlier full versions. Now, it’s just way too EXPENSIVE. When you stack it up against something like Adobe CC, the value you get (or rather don’t get) is off the charts.

Despite our reservations, we decided to dive in because of our clients' needs, but we were let down to discover that this software has become more and more buggy. The fixes they roll out seem to introduce new issues, which makes it clear they aren’t testing things properly, especially when it comes to regression. It’s getting pretty awkward to use in a professional setting while creating courses for clients. Our internal QA and testing expenses have SKYROCKETED because of this, so we’re now on the hunt for sturdier options.

"This software is pretty awesome!"
I genuinely enjoy this piece of software. Both Storyline and Rise offer course creators fantastic tools to design visually appealing and interactive courses, no matter the subject matter. I'm only holding back on giving it a full 5 stars since they still haven't made a version that runs on a Mac, which is just wild!

"Annoying and Frustrating - Not a Fan of This Software"
Navigating this software is a real pain, and animating with it is just as bothersome. It’s super frustrating that it doesn’t even work on Mac. The whole thing feels flimsy, and the timeline is just awkward to deal with—scrolling, zooming in and out, finding what I need, deleting stuff, you name it. It reminds me a lot of Windows PowerPoint, which is way too clunky and slow for anything more advanced in animation and design. Honestly, it should take a cue from actual video editing and animation tools like Premiere Pro instead of PowerPoint. It definitely needs a major update. Also, switching to a black background instead of bright white would be a smart move. All in all, it’s just a hassle to use.

"SL2 - Pretty Good Overall"
The process of using SL2 is quite alright, though there are a few bumps when diving into the details of the software. I appreciate the ability to import translations directly, which speeds up the creation of courses in different languages. The flexibility offered by layers, states, and triggers is also a big plus. Plus, there are loads of useful templates made by community members that you can adapt for your own projects. However, when dealing with larger modules, the SL2 file can get a bit wobbly and may even corrupt, which is definitely a hassle and often can't be fixed. Also, it doesn't provide a great experience for mobile users unless you specifically design a course for mobile, meaning you'll end up with multiple versions of the same content.

"Comprehensive software solution"
Articulate has truly upped their game with the latest 360 release. The Review feature is fantastic and has significantly cut down on the tedious tasks we face when reviewing Storyline files in-house. Rise offers a superb method to swiftly and effortlessly create e-learning projects, while Storyline continues to be a robust, more intricate companion. The content library is packed with awesome resources that can be seamlessly integrated into projects.

"Storyline 2 Review"
I absolutely adore the flexibility that Storyline 2 brings to the table for creating and developing eLearning. The more I dive into variables and triggers, the more I can get my eLearnings to do...and I’m totally clueless about Flash or Java programming!

The Articulate Community is just fantastic!!! I can always track down answers to my queries...someone’s usually asked the same thing before me and has shared a solution. On the rare times when I don’t find an answer and decide to ask, plenty of "heroes" jump in with responses. I’m continually blown away by the creativity of this community :-)

"Top-notch CBT Creation Tools"
Articulate offers some of the finest tools for creating CBTs, particularly Storyline. Even if you're a beginner, you can get the hang of it in just a couple of hours, and it's powerful enough to create fully-featured, engaging CBTs.

Articulate stands out as one of the top LMS choices we've ever made. We kicked things off by transforming our plain PowerPoint training into engaging and interactive sessions that we now utilize for bringing new hires up to speed and refreshing the skills of current staff. It's one of the simplest platforms to get the hang of, plus it comes with a fantastic community of savvy users and a wealth of resources.

"An incredible range of tools for newbies and pros alike."
I gotta say, I've been really impressed with Articulate across the board. Their software design is super thoughtful, and the support they provide for designers is top-notch—these guys know what they're doing. It's user-friendly enough for someone just starting out, yet it packs in enough advanced features to keep even the most experienced designers engaged and equipped to craft outstanding courses.

"Experience with Articulate"
I've been using Captivate for a while, so when I decided to expand my skills to Articulate, I was a bit nervous at the start—just like with anything new, you know?

But honestly, I found it pretty easy to pick up. One of the best things about it is how much simpler it is to create visually appealing e-learning materials. This is crucial because it makes the content more engaging for users, leading them to focus on learning rather than getting confused.

The customer support is top-notch, and there's a vibrant community of seasoned professionals to connect with.

I can't wait to dive into Articulate 360 and explore the new features like Rise, which look like they'll really help speed things up.
